Content & Development
This is the build phase. Our team will look at the strategy and design requirements; and begin to create the site foundation. To speed up the process, an existing frammework model may be used as the foundation.
A critical contribution from you is specific content & information in the form of email addresses, phone numbers, social media accounts, Google content, images, video, slogans, logos, product or service desctiptions, testimonials, accreditations, and stories. This will be incorporated into the build.

Once the beta form of the site is ready, the team will begin to test the entire site. They will ensure that the links work, animations play correctly, images fit in their spaces, compatability with laptop, tablet and mobile phone platforms. Please note that some content may be resized or repositioned based on the device screen size.
You will be a part of this edit process, as you may require a few minor changes here and there.
After the final edits are incorporated, the site is ready to me move to its final server location. We will work with you closely, as you may need to provide instructions to the entity currently providing your domain name.

We will be asking for these items so that they can be incorporated into the build.
Test, Edit, Test
Once the beta form of the site is ready, the team will begin to test the content. They will be looking to ensure the links work, animations play correctly, images fit in their locations, the site works well for laptop, tablet and mobile phone platforms. Please note that some content may be resized or repositioned based on the device screen size.
You will be a part of this process, as you may find that a few minor changes may be required here and there. Don’t worry, these minor edits will not create and surprise charges,
After the final edits are made, the site is ready to me move to the final server location. We will with you closely, as you may need to provide instructions to the entity managing your domain name.
WWW Publish & SEO
It takes between 24 to 48 hours for the domain name to redirect to the new server location. Once this is done, the new site will be moved into its new location (where the domain name is pointed).
The site will under go another test activity, to ensure that everything transfered correctly. Ocassioinally a few minor corrects need to be done.
After the test or any corrections, the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process continues. During the development phase, SEO requirements were incorporated into the various elements. The team will follow SEO best practice application.
