Phase 1 – The Objective Phase

Design Concepts
Anything is possible but the reality is that the design concepts are driven by your budget and the strategy.
Owners look to tell a story about their differentiation in the market, to assist viewers with a product or service selection, to showcase specific products or services, to help convert lookers into prospects, to integrate into a commerce system or to assist in creating automated service project estimates.
We will identify and select tools, features, styles and content to help define the deliverable.
Content & Development
Phase 3 – The Build Phase
Content & Development
This is the build phase. Our team will look at the strategy and design requirements; and begin to create the site foundation. To speed up the process, an existing frammework model may be used as the foundation to incorporate your website copy.
A critical contribution from you is specific content & information in the form of email addresses, phone numbers, social media accounts, Google content, images, video, slogans, logos, product or service desctiptions, testimonials, accreditations, and stories. This will be incorporated into the build.
Test - Edit - Test
Phase 4 – The Testing / Editing Phase
Testing Phase
Once the draft version is ready, the team will begin to test the entire site. They will ensure that the links work, animations play correctly, images fit in their spaces, compatability with laptop, tablet and mobile phone platforms. They may need to resize or reposition content based on the device screen size.
You will be a part of this edit process, as you may contribute a few minor changes here and there.
After the final edits are incorporated, the site is ready to move to its final server location. We will work with you closely, as you may need to provide instructions to the entity currently providing your domain name.
Launch and SEO
Phase 5 – The Launch & SEO Phase
Launch & SEO
It takes between 24 to 48 hours for the domain name to redirect to the new server location. (where the domain name is pointed).
After the move, the site will under go another testing activity, to ensure that everything transferred correctly. Ocasionally a few minor corrections need to be applied.
During the development phase, SEO requirements were incorporated into the various elements. The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process continues in this phase. The team will follow SEO best practice application.
